About the Author/Illustrator

Jessie Thiessen lives in Winnipeg, Canada with her husband, daughter, twin baby boys and puggle. With her head in the clouds and her feet in the grass, she draws inspiration - literally and figuratively - from the natural beauty of the outdoors. From the prairies to the mountains to the garden in her backyard, she is her best self when searching for just a little more adventure.
