SHIPPING
Shipping is available within Canada via Canada Post Regular Parcel. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and 1-5 business days for shipping within Canada. Once your parcel is accepted by Canada Post, we have no control over shipping delays that may occur with Canada Post.
HOLIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange or store credit onto a gift card only on regular priced items. No refunds. No exceptions. Exchanges must be processed on or before January 15th, 2022. No exchanges on December 26th, 2021. Sale items are final sale. No exchanges on sale items.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Unworn items with original tags attached are eligible for an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in the original condition received and with original packaging to be eligible for exchange. Only regular priced items may be exchanged and sale items are a final sale. Exceptions include headwear (hats, toques, beanies), custom orders, drinkware or specialty release items - these items are a final sale. Custom orders and speciality items are a final sale. Pre order items are available for exchange only and cannot be canceled as the item and size has been specifically ordered for the customer on top of our regular stock arriving.
SHIPPING POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDER EXCHANGES
You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs of sending your item(s) to us for exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note, your exchanged will be processed for the order total, minus shipping costs. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary. Please use a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Our retail partners do not accept online order returns or exchanges.
